Common faults and treatment methods of concrete batching plants

During the use of the concrete batching plant, six kinds of errors often occur due to the aging of parts, wear and environmental impact, so how to deal with the failure of the concrete batching plant? How to solve common faults?

1. Inaccurate weighing of cement scales

The fault is as follows: the correct value can be displayed after adding weights for calibration, but the numbers do not return to zero after unloading, and the numbers change greatly after loading the weights after clearing, but check that the resistance value of the sensor is within the normal range, and the meter has no problem.

possible reason:

The angle iron of the fixed scale frame for transportation is not removed;

Cards are issued at the pressure head and pressure plate;

The scale body interferes with the outside world;

The three sensor models do not match; the load is eccentric when weighing materials.

Approach:

If the angle iron of the fixed scale frame for transportation is not removed, it should be removed in time;

If the pressure head or pressure plate is issued, it should be handled in time to make it smooth without resistance;

If the scale body interferes with the outside world, it should be isolated in time;

If the models of the three sensors do not match, the sensor with the same model should be replaced;

If the material is eccentrically loaded, it should be adjusted.

2. It is difficult to open and close the discharge door of the aggregate tank when there is no material

The fault is manifested as: the cylinder moves slowly and weakly, but check the mechanical part of the discharge door without friction and stagnation, and there is no air leakage in the solenoid valve and the cylinder.

possible reason:

1. The air path is not smooth, such as the air-water separator filter element of the triple piece at the air source is too dirty, which causes the air path to be unsmooth and reduces the gas flow per unit time, thus causing the cylinder to move slowly;

2. The muffler is too dirty, and the pressure difference between the rod cavity and the rodless cavity becomes smaller when the cylinder moves, resulting in the slow movement of the cylinder.

Approach:

1. If the air path is not smooth, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time;

2. If the muffler is too dirty, the muffler should be cleaned in time.

3. The discharge port does not produce material

The fault is as follows: when the contactor is closed and the motor rotates clockwise, the discharge port of the mother and son screw conveyor does not discharge, and the air switch trips after a long time; the motor still trips after the air switch is closed, and observe the powder. The material has no solidification phenomenon.

possible reason:

1. The mother machine is reversed; the air switch is damaged;

2. There may be a poor contact in the wiring of the parent machine motor.

Approach:

1. If the parent machine is reversed, adjust any 2 wires of the parent machine motor to adjust the position;

2. If the air switch is damaged, it should be replaced;

3. If one phase of the motor wiring of the parent machine is in poor contact, it should be checked and dealt with.

4. The stirring shaft is “boring”

The fault is as follows: when the mixing host is mixing the mortar, the mixing shaft is difficult to rotate, or even stops.

possible reason:

1. Serious overload, material hoop shaft; secondary feeding caused by human error;

2. Inaccurate weighing;

3. The gap between the stirring blade or the side blade and the inner wall of the tank is large, and foreign matter enters into it and gets stuck;

4. The voltage is too low; the stirring parameters are set incorrectly.

Approach:

1. If the material is seriously overloaded, the stirring capacity should be adjusted, and the solidified mortar should be cleaned in time;

2. If the secondary feeding is caused by human error, the excess materials should be operated according to the technological process;

3. If the weighing is not accurate, the operator is required to re-calibrate the scale;

4. If there is foreign matter stuck between the stirring blade or the side blade and the inner wall of the tank, the gap between the blade and the lining plate should be adjusted to make it less than 5 mm, and the foreign matter should be cleaned up in time;

5. If the voltage is too low, re-check the line voltage; if the parameter setting is wrong, carefully check the corresponding batching data and correct it in time.

5. The unloading door of the main engine cannot be opened

The fault is as follows: when the mixing station is working automatically, the discharge door of the main machine cannot be opened, and the discharge indicator light does not light up when the mixing is completed.

possible reason:

1. There is foreign matter or accumulation between the discharge door and the sealing plate;

2. Insufficient pressure in the air system, leakage in the cylinder or damage to the lubricator;

3. The wiring between the solenoid valve and the relay falls off, the virtual connection or the relay is damaged;

4. The solenoid valve coil is burnt or the valve core is stuck;

5. The time relay is damaged, causing the PLC to have no normal input signal.

Approach:

1. If there are foreign objects or accumulated materials between the discharge door and the sealing plate, the foreign objects and accumulated materials should be cleaned and the discharge door should be flushed;

2. If the air system pressure is insufficient, the cylinder leaks or the lubricator is damaged, check whether the lubricator, joint, cylinder and other parts are damaged;

3. If the wiring between the solenoid valve and the relay is disconnected, virtual connection or the relay is damaged, check the relay contact output and wiring, and replace it if necessary;

4. If the solenoid valve coil is burnt or the spool is stuck, the solenoid valve should be replaced; if the time relay is damaged, it should be replaced.

6. Conveyor belt deviation

The fault is manifested in three situations: First, the conveyor belt deviates to the same side under no-load and loaded conditions, that is, the conveyor belt line deviates laterally, and the conveyor belt deviates to the side with less material; second, the conveyor belt is left and right. The deviation has no fixed direction; the third is that the conveyor belt deviates in the middle of the entire conveyor belt conveyor.

Possible reasons: uneven foundation, sticking of flat rollers, left and right unbalance of grooved rollers, and unbalanced adjustment of active and passive rollers will cause the conveyor belt to deviate.

Adjustment method:

If the conveyor belt deviates to one side, the side idler group should be moved to the forward direction of the conveyor belt, and the other side idler group can also be moved backward (or the other side idler support should be appropriately increased). The adjustment method of the return idler set is the same as that of the load idler set. For conveyor systems with long conveyor belts, it is very important to adjust the idler group.

The adjustment of the reversing roller is an important part of the deviation adjustment of the conveyor belt. The installation position of the roller is perpendicular to the line of the conveying direction of the conveyor, otherwise the deviation will inevitably occur. If the conveyor belt deviates to its right side, the right bearing seat should be moved forward (or the left bearing seat should be moved backward); if the conveyor belt deviates to the left side of the drum, the left bearing seat should be moved forward Move forward (or move the right bearing seat back). If the conveyor belt deviates relative to the driven roller, the adjustment method is just opposite to that of the driving roller.
